Pleasant experience there. Superb base for traveling to Siena and exploring local places. Location very close to the outskirts of the city, cafe next door and big roundabout. A lot of food options at a moderate distance from the venue. Clean room and good bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. Paid US$ 91. Super friendly and excellent staff at all times...

We absolutely loved exploring the picturesque streets of Siena, especially the breathtaking Piazza del Campo. It was like stepping back in time with its medieval architecture and charming cafes. Our walks were filled with endless charm and enchantment, creating unforgettable memories for our family.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could have provided more family-friendly amenities.

Location: the hotel was just off the old town, a roundabout and GREAT local restaurant. Went to Bar lo Stellino for drink or two, set not too far from the venue.

The staff here were really friendly and went out of their way to help me - it made my stay super pleasant! the location was great, with lots of restaurants around to choose from. I discovered this cool spot called Albergaccio nearby - it's only a 15-minute walk and the food there is delicious! 🍽️

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy feeling of the hotel's decoration. The furniture and décor had a charming vintage touch that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well maintained and clean, making it easy for a senior like me to navigate around. The accessibility for senior people was also great, with ramps and elevators available for easy mobility.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there. Just a bit more attention and focus on the guests' needs would have made my vacation even better as a senior traveler.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the free Wi, Fi which allowed me to stay connected with family and friends. the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a good variety of options, and I could ask for more if needed. the hotel's location close to the main roads made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
One thing that could use improvement was the bathroom size; it felt a bit cramped.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable bedding and a sizeable bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with various options including cereals, yogurts, and pastries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free.
The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was situated near a busy main road which caused some noise disturbance. the absence of air conditioning during our stay made the room stuffy and uncomfortable, particularly during the night.
